Return Policy

    Eastbay Team Sales Return Policy:

    Eastbay Team will accept your return of stock, un-printed merchandise back for any reason within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in original shipped condition, including original tags and packaging.

    • Although original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, Team Sales will cover the cost of return shipping within the Continental US. Contact us at 1-855-892-4995 to request your Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label
    • Items must be in original shipped condition. Returns with any modifications to the original condition will not be accepted. This includes the addition of any screen print or embroidery done outside of Eastbay.
    • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment date and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Please work with your dedicated sales rep to determine whether or not your order will be subject to restocking fees.
    • Refund will be for the item price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
    • All sales on embellished or printed goods are final. These items may not be returned or exchanged.
    • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
    • All requests for exchanges must be handled through your dedicated sales rep. Contact our customer service line at 1-855-892-4995 for further assistance.
    • Due to carrier transit times, returns can take up to 3 weeks before account or credit card will credited for returned product.

    Bat Return Policy:

    Unwrapped or used bats are subject to a manufacturer warranty and should not be returned to Eastbay. Please contact our customer service line at 1-855-892-4995 for additional information on making a warranty claim.

    Returns on Defective Items:

    All claims for manufacturer defect are subject to investigation. As a general rule, an investigation must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date. This timeframe may be adjusted based on the level of wear and use of the product. Large equipment and specialty merchandise (not including decorated goods) may be subject to a manufacturer warranty.
